Refund Policy

 

If the product has quality issues, stains, or was sent incorrectly, we take 100% responsibility. We will provide a satisfactory solution for every customer. Please leave a message in the "Contact Us" section or send an email to service@blushwhisper.com

If the issue is due to the customer's reason, such as choosing the wrong size, personal preference, or not meeting expectations, we currently do not offer refunds or returns.


Return instructions:

If you received the wrong product or a product with quality problems, please follow the steps below to initiate a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods:


Email to customer service:  service@blushwhisper.com, including:

Order number, the problem you need to solve and the product picture (if necessary)
- Receive product image

- Get coupons or refunds

Return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 7 days we will not be able to accept your request.
After receiving your Return & Exchange application, our customer service will contact you. Please check and reply e-mail timely. If there is no reply within 7 days, Return & Exchange Application will be closed automatically and unable to continue return process.


Other notes: 

  1. Since it is a manual measurement, the physical size may be slightly different from the size chart (Apparel Products: ±4cm for the bust, waist and hip size, ±2 cm for the item length and the sleeves length and so on).
    2. Due to the shooting light and the screen setting, physical color may be slightly different from picture online.
    3. Please notice some products may have odor, fading, spinning and wrinkle due to the feature of material, it is not a quality problem.
    4. There may be a little stain in the production process of the product, which does not affect the use of the product.
    5. It is possible that some clothing buttonholes do not open. Please cut it with scissors after it is received. Please do not cut the buttonhole beyond the border.
    6. Accessories, colors, patterns, product details and so on may be slightly different from the pictures online due to different production batches.


Canceling orders refund conditions

 

Orders are only able to be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. Order Cancellations or Changing only works in 24 hours. Cause Our tailor will start customizing and printing the clothes for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Thanks for your understanding.
